She told in detail on Instagram how her partner had abused her for two years. She had written on Instagram before about how an ex-sexual boyfriend’s assault gave her PTSD. Both times, she did not say the name of the person who hurt her.
Breslin wrote in the post:
“I was in a relationship where I was abused for two years. At first, everything was great, and I was so in love. My abuser took advantage of my innocence and naiveté, and as a result, our relationship turned violent.
She talked in detail about the terrible abuse she had to deal with and how she had to hide the fact that she had been abused for a long time. I was often beaten, locked in rooms, and told to act like everything was fine and normal, even though I had severe injuries that most people did not even see.
Breslin said that her abuser hurt her both physically and verbally. “Along with the physical injuries, there were a lot of put-downs, shaming, and harsh words.” She then told the people who helped her during this time that she was thankful.

“These two years were the most lonely times of my life. I can not thank my family and friends enough for helping me escape this terrible situation. Even though the Zombieland actress did not name the abuser, the news made people wonder who she was dating.
