A police officer in Herriman, Utah, stated that Paul and her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, got into a fight in front of Paul’s kids. According to the report, when Mortensen was trying to leave the house, the woman hurled her phone and a wooden toy at him. During arguing with Mortensen, Paul allegedly threw “large, metal chairs,” which caused holes to be punched in the wall. Mortensen stopped Paul after he flung the second chair because her 5-year-old daughter was sitting beside him on the couch.

Is the TikTok Star put up in jail?
The 28-year-old was placed on pre-trial supervised release the morning following the event. The 21st of March is the day of her next court appearance. Different sources have contacted both Taylor’s attorney and Dakota, but we have not yet heard back from them. After joining a “soft swinging” club with other members of the Mormon MomTok community, Taylor caused a stir in 2022 when she announced on a TikTok livestream that she and her husband, Tate Paul, the father of her children, were divorcing. She said she “messed up” when she and her ex made a pact not to “go all the way” with each other when they slept together.
