Chris Hemsworth has revealed the possible “finale” of his MCU career
In an interview with the media, Chris Hemsworth stated that he is “totally open” to reprising his role as Thor in the MCU. The event has always been one of my favorites.
Chris Hemsworth would like Thor to have an ending in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) like that of Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Captain America (Chris Evans).
Thor: Love and Thunder‘s final slate, which stated “Thor shall return,” made fans of the original six Avengers very happy.
Chris Hemsworth hopes that God of Thunder will also get an ending in the MCU, following in the footsteps of Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, Chris Evans’ Captain America, and Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow in Avengers: Endgame.
Is Chris Hemsworth’s future filled with more Thor appearances?
Chris Hemsworth answered the million-dollar question in an interview with a popular media enterprise.
Hemsworth hinted that he would have more to say if the public was interested in hearing it and admitted that he was unsure whether or not he would reprise his role as Thor in the MCU.

Chris noted that Marvel always keeps their “More Thor” promises, which were brought to his attention after the conclusion of Thor: Love and Thunder.
In regards to his possible comeback to the role of Thor, the Avengers star said, “Look, if you have an original idea for how to develop the character and the setting, I’m all ears.
The event has always been one of my favorites.
I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to try new things each time.”
Chris Hemsworth Has Plans for His “Finale” MCU Chapter Involves Thor’s “Hero Death”
Chris Hemsworth was recently interviewed on his hopes for a Thor finish in the MCU, following in the footsteps of Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man and Chris Evans’ Captain America, both of whom received closure in Avengers: Endgame.
“Sure, why not. If I did it again, I think we’d have to call it quits, if you know what I mean. In my opinion, that’s a reasonable response.
Not based on any information I have or any sort of plan, but I have a feeling that this is the last episode.
You have the hero’s journey, and eventually, the hero dies; I don’t know if I’ve reached that point yet. Who knows?”

When we next meet the God of Thunder in a Marvel Cinematic Universe film, do you think he will live or die?
As for the remaining two OG 6 Avengers, Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk/Bruce Banner was last seen, lately, in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, with Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters, with an implication of a World War Hulk in the works.
But in the Disney+ series Hawkeye, opposite Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop, Jeremy Renner reprised his role as Hawkeye/Clint Barton.
No announcements have been made on the future of Hawkeye in the MCU.
Chris Hemsworth Confesses Playing Thor Can be “Exhausting”
During the course of the conversation, Chris Hemsworth was probed on the frequency with which he is asked, “How can I get ripped like Thor?”
The 39-year-old actor stated that he does, since his fans frequently ask him how to achieve their fitness goals, including weight loss and muscle gain. People who desire to make a change, for that matter.
Chris also found it funny that in the Avengers: Infinity War trailer, Thor was the only hero to use weights.
Chris Hemsworth admitted that playing Thor may be “quite hard.” “Yes, very definitely. This is a very draining experience.
If you require an extra day to fix something, you can have one. It’s equally crucial.”
Hemsworth elaborated, saying that the problem arises when, once the first meal is over and you’ve eaten all those pastries and pizza, you feel “horrendous.”
So Chris plays it because “to be “a little smarter” about his cheat day: “It becomes a cheat dinner now only because I usually don’t feel great afterwards.
At the time, it appears to be a great plan.”
Future Work for Chris Hemsworth
Chris Hemsworth’s return as Thor is iffy at best. Chris has two upcoming films that promise to be just as interesting as his current promotion for his documentary series Limitless With Chris Hemsworth.
The gorgeous actor will reprise his role as Tyler Rake in two upcoming films. The first is Extraction 2, the sequel to Sam Hargrave and the Russo Brothers’ (Joe and Anthony) smash film Extraction.

However, Hemsworth also has a leading role in Furiosa, the precursor to George Miller’s Academy Award-winning Mad Max: Fury Road and the spinoff from which it was derived.
Chris co-stars with Anya Taylor-Joy, who takes over Charlize Theron’s role as Imperator Furiosa at a younger age.
