Dan Povenmire’s Age
Born in San Diego, California on September 18, 1963, Daniel Kingsley Povenmire grew up in Mobile, Alabama. He is sixty years old. When he was 10 years old, his drawings had been included in local art displays since he had begun drawing at the age of two. He was a young, intelligent man.
One of his early animation projects was a series of flip books in his textbooks. Povenmire completed his secondary studies at Shaw High School in Mobile. While attending the University of South Alabama, he created his first widely read comic strip, Life is a Fish.
To supplement his income, Povenmire worked as a dinner theater actor and server. His goal upon attending the University of Southern California (USC) in 1985 was to become a film director. He gave the chief editor of USC’s student newspaper, the Daily Trojan, a copy of Life is a Fish.
Professional Career Of Dan Povenmire
Growing up in Mobile, Alabama, Povenmire studied painting and enjoyed spending his summers making motion pictures outside.
