She pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds on January 23rd against No. 2 Ohio State in another contest. Hannah’s outstanding efforts earned her the distinction of Big Ten’s sixth player of the year for the 2022–2023 campaign.

On March 5, 2023, at Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Iowa Hawkeyes defeated the Ohio State Buckeyes 105-72 to win the Big Ten women’s basketball championship for the second time in a row. Caitlin Clark, her teammate, had a significant impact on the match.
