Who is Howard Moore?
Howard Moore coached basketball at several US institutions. He was born in Chicago in 1972. Moore played basketball at Taft High School in Chicago and the University of Wisconsin. Moore started as a high school basketball assistant coach after playing. He became head coach of the UIC Flames.
Moore’s family’s May 2019 vehicle catastrophe impacted their lives forever. An automobile driving the wrong way caused the accident. The crash killed Moore’s wife, Jennifer, and daughter Jaidyn. Moore and his son Jerell were seriously injured, but less so. Moore and his family were deeply affected by this tragedy.
Howard Moore loved basketball and coaching despite his struggles. He took a hiatus from coaching to heal from his injuries and grieve his loved ones. Basketball fans have praised Moore’s passion and excellent impact on his players throughout his tenure.
Howard Moore Wife Accident
As a consequence of an accident caused by a car going the wrong way on the morning of May 25, 2019, two of his relatives lost their lives. Jaidyn, Moore’s daughter, passed away instantly, while Jennifer, Moore’s wife, passed away in the hospital.
Another driver who was traveling the incorrect way on the road collided with Moore’s vehicle, causing the collision. For Moore and his family, it was an incredibly depressing and heartbreaking occasion.

Jerell, Moore’s son, is apparently awake and ambulating, while Moore remains in stable condition in the intensive care unit. It is anticipated that both will recover from the collision.
The crash happened around two in the morning on Saturday, according to Michigan State Police, when a driver traveling the wrong way on M-14 close to Ford Road struck a car head-on.
The young passenger in the car that was hit head-on also perished at the scene, as did the Ann Arbor woman who was driving the wrong way. After being removed from life support, the adult female driver of the unit-fault vehicle passed away.

Two of the four survivors are in serious condition, while the other two have minor injuries, according to early reports from WDIV Local 4.

Moore, 49, was employed as the University of Illinois at Chicago’s head coach from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, he went back to coaching at Wisconsin, his old master.
Moore participated in early 1990s Badgers games. In addition to working at Bradley University, Loyola, Ball State, and the University of Chicago, he is a native of Chicago.
