Invasion Season 2 Confirmed Release Date
The release date for Invasion season 2 has yet to be confirmed, even though a second season was announced at the end of 2021. The second season of InvasionInvasion began filming in the United Kingdom and South Africa in January 2022, with KFTV reporting that the shooting period would continue until “late summer.” Since there have been no reports of production delays since then, we can assume that filming for season 2 has concluded.

Following the first season’s events, Season 2 will begin a few months later. Kinberg predicts that the aliens will have annihilated multiple nations by this point, indicating that the situation has become grave. While the show will focus on the macro-level details, it will also delve into the daily lives of our heroes as they are forced to confront this alien threat. Kinberg has stated that the characters will attempt to remain optimistic in the face of this otherworldly destruction by focusing on “things like hope, love, and family” despite new and dangerous threats.
