Kevin is a complete jerk. The focus of the first season (Eric Petersen) was Allison McRoberts (Annie Murphy), a typical sitcom wife in an unhappy marriage with Kevin.
Allison decides to murder her husband after learning that he emptied their bank account with the assistance of her neighbor, Patty O’Connor (Mary Hollis Inboden).
However, the season concluded with Kevin’s best friend Neil (Alex Bonifer) threatening to expose their scheme.
In Season 2, Allison has to work hard to find another way to get away from Kevin. She decides that the best way to do this is to fake her own death. Patty decides to assist Allison with her mission, but only under her own conditions.
