He played Earl “Brother Boy” Ingram in Sordid Lives, one of his most notable stage performances. He also portrayed the character on the big screen in the well-liked cult movie of the same name. Leslie Jordan Cause Of Death
Jordan passed away in Los Angeles at the age of 67 on Monday, October 24th, 2022. At the time, TMZ said that Jordan died after suffering a suspected medical emergency while driving to film scenes for FOX’s Call Me Kat and crashing his BMW into a building at the intersection of Cahuenga Boulevard and Romaine Street in Hollywood.
According to TMZ, the team of Call Me Kat became concerned when Jordan didn’t come more than an hour after his call time; they later found he was involved in a fatal vehicle accident. TMZ also published an image of the crash scene, which depicted a white tent, yellow caution tape, and Jordan’s automobile slamming into the side of a white building with huge glass windows. The Los Angeles Police Department informed people that the accident occurred at about 9:30 a.m. PT.
Monday morning, Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) personnel discovered Jordan, 67, unresponsive at the scene of his car accident. The “American Horror Story” actor was the only passenger in his car when it crashed into a curb at 8:47 a.m. The death has been categorized as “delayed pending additional investigation” by the coroner’s office.

Jordan’s Will & Grace co-star, Sean Hayes, wrote, “My heart is broken. Leslie Jordan was one of the funniest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone who ever met him loved him. There will never be anyone like him. A unique talent with an enormous, caring heart. You will be missed, my dear friend.”

George Takei, an actor, commented on Twitter: “I am stunned at the death of Leslie Jordan, who delighted us with his many roles on television and film, “Leslie, we are heartbroken at your loss and will miss your mirth and your inimitable spirit.”

Dolly Parton paid her friend tribute on social media. Parton also referred to Jordan as her “brother” in her statement.
“Well, I am as hurt and as stunned as if I’d lost a family member,” Parton posted on Instagram. “Leslie and I had a special bond; I think the world felt they had a special bond with him.I know people always say, ‘Oh, they will be missed,’ but that could not be more true in this case. He will be missed by everyone who knew him personally and by everyone who he entertained. Rest in peace, lil’ brother.”
Loni Love of The Real paid tribute to Jordan and recalled how he inspired her by saying, “The last time I worked with Leslie Jordan… we guest co-hosted The Talk.
Michelle Pfeiffer also paid tribute to the late actor, adding, “Just heard the devastating news of the beloved Leslie Jordan’s passing.
