Lisa Rinna announced her departure from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” on January 5, Bravo confirmed to TODAY.com. After eight seasons on the reality show, the 59-year-old reality star is “eager” about the next stage in her career. Rinna said in a statement to TODAY.com,
“This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career, and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run, and I am excited for what is to come!”
Additionally, TODAY.com verified that Rinna’s contract was up at the end of Season 12. After having the time to assess her current alternatives and professional duties, she and Bravo mutually agreed that she would not return to “RHOBH.” Since 2014, Rinna has been on the show. In the 2021 book “Not All Diamonds and Rosé” by Dave Quinn, she disclosed that she initially auditioned but was rejected.
