Spy x Family Season 2 Release Date
TOHO animation has revealed that a second season of the anime series Spy x Family is in the works and will premiere in 2023, following the show’s tremendous success.
The confirmation of the success of the anime series makes it unsurprising that a second season has been planned. Still, fans of both the manga and the anime will be doubly happy by the announcement of an original film. Due to the manga’s tremendous popularity, a stage musical adaptation is scheduled for March-May 2023.

The first part of SPY X FAMILY premiered on April 9, 2022, with a simultaneous Japanese and English broadcast on Crunchyroll. The second cour of the first season began in Japan on October 1, with a simultaneous broadcast and English dub on the same anime platform, and solidified the success of the anime series.

About Spy X
Spy x Family is a comedy slice-of-life anime in which a spy, an assassin, and an esper must conceal their secrets from one another and preserve the appearance of a family to continue their clandestine activities. Twilight, or Loid Forger, a super spy, has been assigned the secret mission Operation Strix for which he must create a false family consisting of Yor, the inept assassin, and the adorable mind reader Anya, which proves to be a recipe for a top-notch action comedy.

The Plot Of Spy X Family Season 2 And The Film: What Will Occur In Season Two Of Spy X Family?
The first season of SPY x FAMILY covered around six volumes (37 chapters) of the manga, so we expect the second season to do the same.
There is around five volumes’ worth of unadapted stories (chapters 37-72) at the time of writing, which should be plenty for another 25-episode season of SPY x FAMILY.
Given that the subsequent five volumes are already accessible, many spoilers are available for curious fans.
Without going into too much detail, we’re thrilled about an upcoming plot revolving around an extraordinary family cruise.
