With video games being very fun these days, the release of another NBA 2K won’t be so far away now though. NBA 2K is a very fun video game for basketball fans and some teams are obviously better than others though.
If you play on NBA 2K dynasty mode, NBA team stats will show up on the video game. Which teams should you want to play as on NBA 2K when the next video game comes out though?
Milwaukee Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the top teams you should want to play as though. They have one of the best players in the world in Giannis Antetokounmpo. A lot of people would want to have the ball in his hands all the time on the video game and have him score 50-100 points in one single game.
There are those people that will do that. Antetokounmpo is a freak down the lane and dunking the basketball. Not many people would have him shoot the three-ball. They also have some other key players like Khris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, and Grayson Allen. Their head coach is Mike Budenholzer.
Dallas Mavericks
The Dallas Mavericks have Luka Doncic and literally no one else on their roster. Doncic is one of the top players in the NBA and people would also want to score 50-100 points a game with him on the roster. He can also record a triple-double in every single game he plays whether it is just a video game or in real life.
The head coach is Jason Kidd. Doncic can score from anywhere on the floor and he can shoot the three. However, Luka Doncic is a hot or cold player on a video game. The only other noticeable player on this roster is Spencer Dinwiddie. Dallas lost Jalen Brunson in free agency to the New York Knicks, but Luka Doncic is the main reason why you want to play as the Dallas Mavericks on NBA 2K.
Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets have the back-to-back MVP in Nikola Jokic. They are also a very interesting draw because if Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. are both healthy, Denver is a really dangerous basketball team. Playing as the Nuggets on a video game would be very fun because this offense would be able to score a bunch of points.
The head coach for this basketball team is Mike Malone. Denver is in a very tough Western Conference. Without those three players, the Nuggets are not much of a draw.
Los Angeles Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers have three superstar players in the NBA in Lebron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook. Any one of those three players can go off on any given night. It is possible in a video game to have Lebron, AD, and Westbrook score 30 points in the same game because they are those kinds of players.
Los Angeles is one of the most iconic franchises in the entire NBA. Their head coach is Darvin Ham.
Los Angeles Clippers
The team that plays in the same arena as the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Clippers are going to be a threat in the Western Conference this season and will be healthy. Having Kawhi Leonard and Paul George alone is going to help. Leonard and George can each score 25 a night and they will have some excellent role players like Reggie Jackson, Nicolas Batum, and Terrance Mann.
Tyronn Lue is the head coach of this basketball team. The Clippers are trying to be a big basketball brand. Los Angeles will have high expectations this season.
Brooklyn Nets
The Brooklyn Nets are going to be a cheat code on NBA 2K this season offensively. Having Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving is a nice start alone offensively. They can both score 40 points in the same game. People would just want to take shots with Durant and Irving all the time. If you like not playing any defense on 2K, this is the basketball team for you then. There will be no shortage of points with this basketball with head coach Steve Nash.
