Traci Melchor Weight Loss
As you may have observed, Traci Melchor (@tracimelchor), a senior correspondent at eTalk, has lost weight since going live at the 2023 Oscars. She underwent a notable, albeit not particularly dramatic, physical shift.
Traci Melchor has lost weight if you compare photos of her from 2020, when she debuted on Canada’s Drag Race, to those from today. She was significantly larger in those photos. The shift may even appear to be too great when comparing her most current images with those from earlier.
All that is known about her is that she experienced some mental health problems and eventually sought treatment. She stepped away for half a year. She attended treatment and changed her life in a number of ways.
She started practicing yoga and meditation. She made time for herself, and that may have been the key to her weight loss. Traci Melchor found that when she prioritized herself, everything else fell into place.
For me, self-care is making sure you take care of yourself first. You can’t pour from an empty jug. Even when you’re on an airplane, they say you have to put your mask on first, before you help anyone else with their mask. Whether that’s me getting on the Peloton, doing a class, then doing a full facial and sitting in the bath, doing a little yoga. I always think a lot of people treat other people better than they treat themselves. Whatever that looks like for you, that’s what you should do because you have to take care of yourself. There are times where I’ve found myself in situations where my mental health has been challenged and I hadn’t been putting myself first.
