How Long Was Robert Downey Junior In Jail?
Robert Downey Junior was sentenced to three years in prison in 1999 despite having a top-notch legal team for failing to report for another required drug test. After a court “unexpectedly” determined that the time he had already served was sufficient to reduce his sentence, he only served an extra year if he posted $5,000 bail.
