Zanab Breaks Cole’s Heart on ‘Love Is Blind’
Throughout their brief romance, Zanab Jaffrey and Cole Barnett had many highs and lows. Jaffrey reprimanded Barnett at the Altar on their wedding day, ending all of their conflicts, insecurities, and arguments. She criticized him for criticizing her and hurting her self-esteem, to the applause of Jaffrey’s guests.
Jaffrey informed Barnett as she decided to end their relationship.
The last two months have not been picture perfect,” You have disrespected me. You have insulted me. You have critiqued me. And for what it is worth, you have single-handedly shattered my self-confidence. And I hate that you have had that kind of effect on me.”
During the reunion special, Jaffrey accused Barnett of controlling her eating habits and making derogatory remarks about her physical appearance. She stated
“The pushing food away from me, questioning whether I’m going to eat it, trying to get me to get a salad, and the everyday comments about my face and body were not used.”
At the reunion, Zanab presented additional allegations of mistreatment by Cole. It concluded with a film of the adorable duo clarifying if Cole had criticized her for eating mandarin oranges before a meal.
